Our story & meet the founders
How we started
KUUL Holdings was co-founded by two people whose backgrounds are, on the surface, completely different — and whose combination is exactly why KUUL can offer what it offers.
Meet the Founders
Alicia
Alicia has spent her career making things work — flawlessly, at the highest level, for the most demanding people in any room. Over a decade as a senior Executive Assistant to C-level leaders, she was the person who made sure a CEO’s day, week, and international agenda ran without friction — not by following a checklist, but by understanding what a leader needs before they ask for it.
She has also done the traveling. 60+ countries across all 6 continents, including Antarctica. Every itinerary KUUL builds passes through that filter: if she wouldn’t take her own family, closest friends, or a client’s leadership team on it, it doesn’t get built.
As Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer of KUUL Holdings, Alicia leads business development and public relations across both companies, and every KUUL Experiences engagement. She also brings to KUUL Partners a perspective no traditional consultant has — her instinct for organizational dynamics and executive expectations shapes how KUUL designs and facilitates Town Halls and Corporate Initiatives. When both companies work together on the same client, Alicia is the bridge that makes it seamless.

Fernanda
Fernanda has spent her career doing what most consultants only advise on: building and running sustainability strategy, social impact, and organizational culture from the inside. She has managed $8M in social investment, implemented GRI, SASB, B Corp, and Fair Trade standards in real organizations, and worked hand in hand with C-suite leaders to turn purpose into daily practice — not just annual reports.
Her expertise lives at the intersection of strategy and execution. She has led company-wide initiatives that crossed every department and border, trained and managed the teams that carried them, and stayed — always — until the change belonged to the organization, not just to the project plan.
As Chief Impact Officer, Fernanda leads every KUUL Partners engagement. She also ensures that every KUUL Experiences trip leaves a destination better than it found it — designing the strategy behind the impact that Alicia brings to life on the ground.
